In every life there are the disruptive moments in which everything drastically changes. There is “before” and “after” and nothing is ever the same again. As we walk through these times, the realization comes that we have no choice in the events and circumstances that surround us. The only choice we have is our response. My husband, Lance and I have experienced such a time. It has been and continues to be an amazing journey that has brought us closer to God, inspired our creative gifts and helped us see our community with new eyes.
