Lance Lasky - LinkedIn
For 13 years I served as the Media Director for a 1500-2000 member church in San Jose, California. I built teams for the operation of the three departments under my supervision as well as maintaining/developing new systems.
My background includes professional experience in telecommunications, data networking, managing computer hardware and software systems, business and employee management, advertizing, communications, music/theatre production including sound, lighting and video for reinforcment and recording.
After more than 15 years supporting technical requirements for church ministries, I began to work nationally to provide design, implementation, project management and training for Audio, Video and Lighting systems for venues supporting 50 to 5000+ people.
My main focus in consulting and training within the AV technical field is people. To that end, I would like the opportunity to meet with you and your key team members in order to create a plan for your event and/or technical improvements to meet your long term goals. My focus to help you achieve your goals by creating a clear plan for the technology necessary to support your needs.

Holly M. Lasky
Holly’s background includes a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Arts in Music Composition from San Jose State University. A composer, conductor, percussionist and accomplished pianist, Holly has proven success in teaching, composition, working with all ages, public speaking and directing choral and instrumental ensembles throughout the Bay area.
With over 25 years experience in performance, management, education and fine arts, Holly continues to be active in education and music production. Holly is active in her community. She is a regular volunteer in the community with The American Heritage Girls Troop CA7416, church and community events. She was a recipient of the “Women Achiever of the Year” award given by the National League of American Pen Women, Inc. This annual award recognizes women in the arts who are making a positive impact on their community.
Holly is an entrepreneur and business woman. She completed business courses with The Bartmann Business Institute and is an executive with ACN, the largest telecommunications company in the world. Her personal mission is to make a positive and tangible difference in the lives of as many people as possible. Holly is enjoying homeschooling her daughter who is a budding entrepreneur and artist.
